Wig & Hair Care Guide

Proper washing is essential for maintaining the luster and softness of your human hair wigs and extensions.

• Gently detangle with a wide-tooth comb before washing.
• Use only sulfate-free and paraben-free shampoos and conditioners.
• Wash in lukewarm water, gently stroking the hair from root to tip. Do not rub or bunch the hair.
• Apply conditioner primarily to the mid-lengths and ends, avoiding the lace or knots.

Heat is the enemy of hair longevity. Be gentle during the drying process.

• Pat the hair dry with a microfiber towel — never wring or twist.
• Air-dry on a wig stand whenever possible to maintain the shape.
• If using heat tools, always apply a high-quality heat protectant spray first.
• Keep heat settings on low to medium (maximum 180°C / 350°F).

How you store your hair when not in use determines how long it will last.

• Store your wig on a wig stand or in a satin-lined bag to prevent tangling and frizz.
• Keep hair away from direct sunlight, dust, and high humidity.
• If sleeping in your wig, always wear a silk or satin bonnet or use a silk pillowcase.
• Never sleep with damp or wet hair extensions.
