Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Hair Aura purchase.
1. Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we maintain a strict return policy. We only accept returns or exchanges on items that meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- All seals, tags, and internal packaging must be intact and untampered with.
- The request for return must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Items that have been worn, brushed, cut, colored, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return or exchange.
2. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info.hairaura@gmail.com with photos of the defect within 24 hours of receiving your order.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Paystack) within 5-10 business days.
