2. Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotions. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.

While we strive to display as accurately as possible the colors and textures of our hair products, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Payments are processed securely via Paystack. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) in connection with any Transaction.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and the time of day you place your order. We offer delivery across all regions in Ghana. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Hair Aura pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (hair extensions and wigs) and for hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on products that are in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for detailed information.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Hair Aura and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Hair Aura. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from hairaura.com for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
